When will multiplayer functionality become a reality? Without it the game is really a novelty and not worth a purchase.

If you liked the original board game, you will love this fast-paced, more articulated version of the game. Developers kept most of the more interesting characters of the original game (assassin, prophetess, warrior, elf, priest, wizard, etc.) and created additional quests for them, before aiming to the Crown of Command. The background music is great. I recommend it to every RPG player: hours and hours of entertainment guaranteed!

This game is fun but without another character to play against the game gets boring fast. If had a pass and play feature or at least a computer, I would give 5stars, also needs a way to save a game

Perfect copy of the board game. But no multiplayer and not even computer opponents. Whats the point then?

What a breath of fresh air, a flat rate price to buy and you can play multiple quests as different characters. This is the only game on the front screen of my iPad 3. I haven’t played the tabletop version, but I am going to get it based on the fun I’ve had with this digital strategy game.

I read reviews mentioning this app being a dollar. Since I payed $2.99 I had hoped it would feature multiplayer or at least an AI to play against. Especially since there was promise of this in the details of the app. Thats where the heart of the game lies. While this game is very pretty, it will never live up to talisman standards if you can only play by yourself

I only have one complaint, but its big. No save feature? Seriously?

A great game, but what about multiplayer? I knew it wouldnt come with multiplayer but without it Talisman just isnt complete. Could be pass and play or online I dont really care. The game would be improved a lot. Thanks!

Wheres the multiplayer that was promised in Autumn 2013?? I bought this because you said it was going to happen. Make it happen and Ill raise my rating. This game was not meant for single player and would be much better as a multiplayer game.

I purchased this game at launch on the promise of multiplayer features to be released soon. It was sold as a promise of a complete game to come, with a janky solo game as a place holder. Real talisman is now avail for iPad, and this is still just a broken promise.

Id give Talisman five stars as the debs show the love with constant updates since it first released but now there is an ad to buy the digital version on the start splash screen of the recent update of talisman. Come on guys get rid of this- poor taste on a paid app! Or at least let me remove it!

What a fantastic HD update to the Talisman game by Games Workshop. Well worth a $1, certainly worth more to me. Grab the new multi-player version for iPad too. Highly recommended if you enjoy RPGs, board games, and card games. It doesnt get any better.

I love this game. It is very well executed. The tutorial gets you going but it takes a bit of playing to really understand and get into the game Unfortunately it has a major bug which causes the game to crash. There is no game save, so if the game crashes you could lose hours play. The crash seems to occur if you leave the game (for example to check your mail) then try to continue. I hope they fix this soon.

No crashing for me at all. This game will be even better once the multiplayer launches. Also I wonder if there is a planned Relic game coming out? Relic would be so much better than this game but I prefer the 40k universe far more.

As a fan of the board game I was happy when I found a portable version of talisman. But when I tried playing it on my iPod 4th generation, it kept crashing every time I opened it. Im eager to play this game and Id probably rate it higher if I could actually play it. Thanks.

For only $1.00 its a great deal. However, gameplay becomes extremely repetitive. Almost to the point of where having different classes seems useless. 30+ minutes can be spent on a single game, even then you can be extremely far off from your goal. This make gameplay very unbalanced, and it leads straight to boredom. Also crashes constantly; it wont even load after the major update.

While this app is good for learning the game, the full version is only available on the iPad, so its not even worth spending the dollar on. I was disappointed to find out the full game was available on Google Play, but not Apple.
